The newly built Hospital Information System (HIS) at Botian International Hospital is designed to deliver high-quality medical services with maximum efficiency. The operations team can access real-time, streamlined information to manage hospital operations effectively. The system's integration and precision enable a transformation toward intelligent medical services. For instance, the high-end health checkup center utilizes UWB (Ultra-Wideband) precise positioning technology, which, when combined with AI algorithms, offers patients the most efficient health screening services.

Recognizing the critical importance of the HIS, the hospital deployed Dell EMC PowerEdge R740 servers alongside Dell EMC SC3020 storage systems. These are integrated with virtualization solutions to create a high-availability, highly stable infrastructure. For data backup, two Dell EMC PowerProtect DD3300 systems are used to back up critical medical systems and patient records, with the added ability to synchronize data to a remote site for disaster recovery.

To support physicians and nurses, Dell Wyse 5070 and 3040 thin clients were introduced along with desktop virtualization solutions. This setup not only meets clinical needs but also reduces the burden on IT staff and minimizes exposure to malware threats. Dell Wyse thin clients are well-regarded globally and are compatible with popular virtualization software. With the technical support from Dell Technologies and Fongcon, Botian International Hospital has significantly enhanced its overall cybersecurity posture.
